The program combines classes with expert speakers\, group discussion and goal setting to help you gain new skills to make small meaningful changes in your life. The classes will explore Navigating Longer Lives\, Exercise and You\, Sleep\, Financial Fitness\, Healthy Relationships\, Advance Planning\, Healthy Eating and Hydration\, Medication Management\, Fall Prevention and Community Engagement.  \nEarly Bird Registration fee is $89 per person if registered and paid by Tues.\,Aug 29\, 2023. After August 29th\, the fee is $99 per person. \nIn accordance with CDC guidelines\, masking at PCOA facilities is recommended and encouraged for staff\, volunteers\, and members of the public. Masks will be available if needed at our front desks. DESCRIPTION:Healthy Living with Chronic Pain Workshop\n\n\n\nMondays\, Oct. 16\, 23\, 30\, Nov. 6\, 13\, 20 from 1:30 – 3:30 pm\n \nHealthy Living with Chronic Pain (CPSMP) – is workshop that meets once a week for six weeks for 2 hours each week. The workshop provides tips and techniques that empower those with chronic pain to take charge of their condition\, manage their pain\, communicate effectively with their health care providers and more. Each participant receives a copy of the book\, Healthy Living with Chronic Pain.
