DESCRIPTION:Aging Mastery Program – Fall 2024\n\n\nSeptember 10\, 17\, 24\, October 1\, 8\, 15\, 22\, 29\, November 5\, 12 \nThe Aging Mastery Program offers a comprehensive approach to aging well. The program combines classes with expert speakers\, group discussion and goal setting to help older adults gain new skills to make small\, meaningful changes in their lives. PCOA offers Aging Mastery Program under license with the National Council on Aging (NCOA)\, which developed the curriculum to offer a roadmap for aging. \nEarly Bird Registration fee is $89 per person if registered and paid by September 3rd. After September 3rd\, the fee is $99 per person. \nAt PCOA\, we prioritize the health and safety of our community members. In alignment with current CDC guidelines\, masks are not required. While masks are not mandatory\, they are available at our front desks for anyone who prefers to use them. Individuals at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19 or any airborne contagion are advised to consult their healthcare provider regarding appropriate precautions\, including mask usage.
