You can join us no matter what your level of fitness is! \nThis is no average fitness class! Classes are taught by a certified fitness instructor to ensure quality assurance and safety. Your fitness instructor will measure your starting point in several key areas of strength\, mobility and balance and continue to help you monitor your progress throughout your participation.
